The Křížová hora (Cross Mountain) is a 1,025-meter-high mountain in the Bohemian part of the Ore Mountains. The summit is crowned by a striking eclogite rock formation, offering breathtaking views in nearly all directions.
It has almost become a habit for me to visit the 1,097-meter-high Meluzína (Wirbelstein) in the Bohemian part of the Ore Mountains at regular intervals. The mountain is one of my absolute favorites in the Keilberg region. It is simply always fascinating and never gets boring.
Na skalách (At the Rock) is a 1,000-meter peak in the Ore Mountains, standing at 1,037 meters in the Bohemian part of the range. The hike is a breeze, and the view is definitely worth the visit. Above all, the tranquility is truly refreshing.
While the German part of the Ore Mountains is densely populated, the Bohemian side offers pure tranquility. This part of the Ore Mountains is entirely different—much more expansive, quieter, and above all, more rustic. A hike through its nature to spectacular viewpoints is always a truly unique experience.
