Heute habe ich die Wärmeleistung des neuen Holzofens getestet. Es waren ordentliche Minusgrade und auch ein scharfer Wind im Gebirge. Der Ofen hat einen tollen Job gemacht, mir war die ganze Zeit wohlig warm, ohne dass ich einen besonderen Schutz um den Ofen herum gebaut habe und ohne Tarp.
Today I tested the heat output of the new wood stove. It was decent minus degrees and also a sharp wind in the mountains. The stove did a great job, I was comfortably warm the whole time without building any special protection around the stove and without a tarp.
Heute konnte ich meinen neuen Holzofen das erste Mal in der Praxis testen. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich durchaus zufrieden. Gekocht habe ich noch nichts drauf, aber das werde ich im kommenden Frühjahr ausgiebig testen.
Today I was able to test my new wood stove in practice for the first time. I am very satisfied with the result. I haven’t cooked anything on it yet, but I’ll test it extensively in the coming spring.
Nach einer längeren Wanderung im Erzgebrige, tut eine heiße Suppe in der Natur wirklich richtig gut. Nach der Stärkung macht das Weiterlaufen gleich wieder viel mehr Spaß.
After a long hike in the Ore Mountains, a hot soup in nature is really good. After strengthening yourself, walking on is a lot more fun again.
Was gibt es Schöneres, als bei einer Wanderung sein Mittagessen unter freiem Himmel selbst zu kochen und mit herrlichem Blick übers Land zu genießen.
Auch wenn in diesem Jahr der Winter im Erzgebirge so gut wie ausgefallen ist, ein heißer Kaffee in der Natur tut immer gut.
Even if the winter in the Kammland Ore Mountains was as good as failed this year, a hot coffee in nature is always good!
