Good Visibility on Cold Days

The Erzgebirge has cleared up. In the morning, even in the lower regions, the ground is lightly frozen and, despite the sun shining its best, temperatures often don’t rise above 10 degrees Celsius. However, visibility is particularly good in autumn. The two “giants” of the Erzgebirge, the 1,244-meter-high Klínovec (Keilberg) in the Bohemian Erzgebirge and the 1,215-meter-high Fichtelberg, are clearly visible even from a distance.
